Winter is coming and we are looking to complete our team, to make it an unforgettable season!
In the snowy mountains of France, in the middle of the ski resort Les deux Alpes, we have an international Hotel with guests from all nationalities. Dutch from origin, Le Sherpa started off as a hotel. 5 years ago, we made the decision to open as a Bar and Restaurant for people outside of the hotel as well, and we have been growing rapidly ever since.
We are known for our large terrace with fire tables and friendly atmosphere. With our renewed restaurant and our lounge we can offer a seat for every occasion. Our kitchen is international with the addition of some classic mountainy dishes. We offer a wide range of drinks including a full cocktail menu, almost every type of beer on draught, all the wines and good coffee. Together with a great snacking menu we offer a loungy apres-ski with a more finesse and service. Open from 6 in the morning to 2 in the night we offer food and drinks all day.
The winter season starts on the 27th of November 2021 until the 23th of April 2022. The exact period can be negotiated. To complete our team, we are looking for people of all disciplines.
For the kitchen we are looking for:
- A head chef (with the aspiration to stay for a long term)
- Chef de Cuisine
- Kitchen porter / plongeur
For bar & restaurant we are looking for
- An assistant manager
- Waiting staff
- Food/drink runners
- Cocktail Bartenders
For the Hotel we are looking for
We are looking for seasonal workers with a work hard play hard mentality, but also persons who are looking for a place where they can input there vision and creativity long term. Because of the international nature of Le Sherpa, we speak mainly English within our team. For service, French is required. We can offer accommodation, if needed.
